We specialise in Mitel, Samsung, LG, NEC, Unify, Aastra, Akixi, Gamma Horizon, 8x8, NFon, TelcoSwitch, and iPhone. We provide new and ongoing telephone system/technical/sales training & development to end users, engineers and network B2B contact centre staff. Our training sessions educate businesses on the telephone equipment and associated products supplied by the telecoms provider and manufactures.


The aim is to get every employee to use their new telephone system effectively. We supply planned training sessions, to incorporate new skills producing training needs analysis, creating user guides, leave behinds, training presentations and quick guides. The session types range from 1to1, small groups, classroom style, stage sets, roadshows, conferences and training videos.
