Victoria began her career in the telecommunications industry in 2001, working in operations and technical support for a reseller, where she provided vital assistance to engineers across the UK. Driven by a genuine passion for communications and technology, she soon identified a gap in the market - the need for tailored telecoms training at both the initial setup and post-implementation stages of new telephone systems.

 

Determined to bridge that gap, Victoria founded Telecoms Training in 2006. Her vision was to provide affordable, flexible training solutions for resellers and channel partners, eliminating the need for full-time trainers while freeing up valuable engineering time.

 

Since then, Telecoms Training has grown into one of the UK’s most recognised multi-channel training providers, delivering reliable, efficient, and credible training to the telecommunications industry for over 19 years.

 

We tailor our training sessions to suit any environment from small offices and primary schools to global organisations and 500-seat call centres. Over the years, we’ve built strong relationships with businesses across multiple sectors, working with SMEs and major brands including Mitel, NEC, Samsung, Siemens, Nokia, RIM, O2, and Vodafone.

 

One of our proudest moments was delivering training to Lord Alan Sugar and his team at Amsprop Estates Ltd a true testament to the trust and credibility Telecoms Training has earned.
