Victoria joined the telecommunications industry in 2001 as an office based operations and tech support reseller, supporting engineers throughout the UK. Victoria has a real passion for all things comms and tech.​ ​She set up the business because telecoms training is a real value added service at the beginning and post implementation of a new telephone system. She saw a gap in the marketplace for tailored onsite and remote training. With resellers and channel partners in mind she could make training affordable without the need for them taking on a full time trainer and freeing-up valuable engineering time.

 

Fast forward to 2006 Telecoms Training is born. The company has been supplying reliable, efficient and credible training for the telecommunications industry for over 18 years, Telecoms Training is now one of the UK’s most recognised multi-channel training companies, providing a wide range of products.

 

We can adapt training sessions to suit any working environment, from a small office or primary school to global organisations and 500 seat call centre.

 

We have built and developed business relationships with companies in different sectors from SME's to major organisations such as Mitel, NEC, Samsung, Siemens, Nokia, RIM, O2 and Vodafone.

 

Our  proudest moment has been delivering training to Lord Alan Sugar and his staff at Amsprop Estates Ltd.
